Sibaya
Sibaya Coastal Precinct is a 1000-hectare mixed-use development located on KwaZulu-Natal’s sought-after north coast between the Ohlanga and eMdloti estuaries.
Launched in 2016, the development offers residential, commercial, retail, education, and leisure opportunities all within a vibrant, sustainable community that is seamlessly connected to nature. Designed around its inherent natural elements, 60% of the precinct will remain undeveloped green spaces for all to enjoy.
Encompassing seven development nodes, 300-hectare indigenous coastal forest and 6km coastline, Sibaya is managed by the Sibaya Precinct Master Management Association (SPMMA).
Funded by Sibaya Coastal Precinct property owners, the SPMMA’s primary objective is to enable a thriving precinct that protects and enhances property values, enhances quality of life, drives investor confidence, and supports economic development. This is underpinned by creating safe, clean, well-maintained, and desirable public spaces within the precinct.
